With sunny days comes dreaming of springtime. Although we are still a few months away from Spring, now is the best time to start thinking about your garden. Luckily, there are a number of Toronto organizations hosting events and workshops to help both the seasoned farmer and new gardener learn the skills to grow food! 

LiveGreen Toronto is offering FREE container gardening workshops for those interested in growing food on patios and balconies. Flemo Farm is a new urban farm set to break ground spring 2020! The farm will be hosting a Community Farmer Program where new and experienced urban farmers will have the opportunity to grow food on a larger scale with the goal of achieving some profit.
